Without Further Ado...IT'S THE SUMMER 2015 STAFF!

In less than 50 days the deck of the lodge will be occupied by none other than THE SUMMER 2015 STAFF!
We’ve gathered a phenomenal group of camp counselors who can’t wait to get started!  Stay tuned because every week we’ll be introducing a handful of our Summer 2015 Staff.
So without further ado…. Introducing Abby, Sean, Megan, Tommy & Erika!

Hello Camp Pendalouan! My name is Abby and I am a junior at Northern Michigan University studying Secondary Education Integrated Science. I am from Rockford, IL and am so excited to begin my first summer at Camp Pendalouan! I have worked at summer camps since I was 16 and am excited to begin my new journey at Camp Pendalouan. I love the outdoors and any activity that comes with it, such as hiking, biking, swimming, and hammocking. I am most excited about meeting all of the campers and be able to share my love of camp with them! I cannot wait to meet you all and to have an amazing summer!

Hi, my name is Sean and I am SO PUMPED to spending my second summer on the shores of Big Blue Lake. I am currently enrolled at Grand Valley State University studying Spanish and German. In my free time you'll probably find me a at quidditch practice, hanging with friends, trying to learn a new language or messing around with paracord patterns. I am so excited to meet new camps and reunite with the old, I especially can’t wait for a little game of Capture The Flag. Until then I'm OTL!

Hi everyone! My name is Megan and this will be my third summer at camp, but my first as a counselor. At home in Grand Rapids, Michigan, you can find me playing tennis year-round, hanging out with friends, taking lots of pictures and reading! I am graduating from Northview High School this year and will be attending the University of Michigan in the fall, hopefully to pursue a career in elementary education. I am looking forward to spending my summer outdoors, making foil dinners, and creating memories with all of you!

Hi my name is Tommy and this is my 7th year at camp, but first year as a counselor. I'm from Palatine, Illinois and I come to Pendalouan every year with my two younger brothers, Aaron and Jacob, and younger sister, Annalise. I absolutely cannot wait to get back to camp this year!  My favorite things to do at camp are Capture the Flag, mountain biking, and taking hikes around Big Blue Lake to the sandbar. When I'm not at camp I am usually playing hockey, golf, or doing something else outside. I am really excited see everyone again as my first year on staff! Hail Pendalouan!

Hi! My name is Erika and I’m from Naperville, Illinois. I’ll be going into my third year of college at Illinois State University where I’m studying Elementary Education. I’m so excited to spend my first summer as a camp counselor, and what better place than Camp Pendalouan! I can’t wait to meet so many new and amazing people. I’ve been counting down the days until I get to spend my summer on the shores of Big Blue! See you all soon!
