Something for Everyone: Upcoming Fall Events!

After a hotter than normal July, and a pleasantly perfect August, September is finally here. That means several things for Pendalouan: packing up summer supplies, changing leaves, and the beginning of the Fall Outdoor Education season.

But it also means that we have some exciting Fall events coming up - events that we'd like to share with you and that we hope you attend! As each of these events gets closer, we'll be highlighting them more in depth, but for now mark your calendars, sign up, and stay connected for more information!

For the kids: Halloween Camp!
October 26th-27th, 2012

The spookiest and most costumed weekend at Pendalouan all year! This 24 hour camp is full of candy, princesses, monsters, and of course camp games and traditions.  Last year, we had a record number of campers, so sign up today to make sure your child doesn't end up on a waitlist!

For the moms: Women's Adventure Weekend!
September 28th-30th, 2012
Calling all moms, sisters, aunts and 21+ year old women of West Michigan! Need a weekend away from it all? Come spend a relaxing weekend in the woods! Enjoy a calm boat excursion on Big Blue Lake, tackle our high adventure courses, or enjoy some crafts and cocoa in the lodge by a warm fire. It's your weekend to just let loose and enjoy the outdoors in a not-too-rugged way with other mom's and women.

Whether you were a camper or staff member, had chapel at Wildwood or Boyden, came for Summer Camp or Outdoor Education, worked with Dan Willson or Daryl Sieplinga - everyone is welcome to Pendalouan Day! This Alumni Reunion Day is a chance for Pendalouan Alumni and Friends to reconnect with fellow campers and staff, share stories about their times on Big Blue Lake, and rekindle the Pendalouan Spirit. Lunch will be provided. Optional activities include camp tours, alumni interviews, Pendalouan Trivia, dedication ceremony, updates on camp improvements and recent developments, & more!
